  • Through immersive instruction and complex projects, students learn both the theory and tools used by modern designers, employing user-centered design and creative tools to build compelling designs and user experiences.

We provide professional training, certification and consulting services to our clients. We have established academies, through which client companies can build the knowledge, skills and resumes of their people. Within these academies, we provide progressive certificates that are tied to internationally-recognized credentialing programs. We also provide continuing education and professional development units to class participants. Finally, we have over 100 instructors who are working professionals and consultants—proven experts in their occupations. About the Boot Camp
This boot camp, offered in partnership with edX, is made available through a unique consortium delivery model to provide skills-based learning to participants across Utah and beyond. Participants will be taught by a university-approved instructor, while learning alongside students from other consortium-participating universities and institutions. Upon meeting the completion requirements, participants will be issued a non-credit Certificate of Completion by University of Utah Professional Education.

  • The program is part-time. Students can complete it in under six months (24 weeks).

Do I need to have previous experience in programming or UX/UI before applying?

  • No experience is required.
